Sphinx (SXCD 001)

Double-sided CD of studio and acoustic pieces. Unlike the title suggests,
this package is not merely acoustic playing, there is some 'Cry of Love' as
well. The acoustic playing is not overly spectacular, but it is interesting
to hear Jimi's softer side.

Rating: B+ Very good to hear some acoustic Hendrix. Decent sound quality
and great lenth gives this title a thumbs up. BEWARE of buing this CD
however. It is a double CD that is glued together to make it a single disc,
double-sided. Some CD players may not be able to handle this.
